Travel Hooligan was born in early 2014 when Dan and Jennifer found themselves living in the USA and questioning the next big step.

We had reconnected, updated each other on our travels and our current life status, and before we knew it, a conversation about our mutual desire to travel turned into a full blown business meeting.

We started brainstorming ideas on how we could combine our love of travel while helping others. We started to realize that we both had a tremendous amount of knowledge about Australia and New Zealand and there was a lack of good information available that detailed how to navigate the process of living, working and traveling in both countries.

A handful of discussions later, we set out to start a journey together to inspire and educate those who may not know they have the choice to work and travel abroad. We enjoyed the adventures Australia and New Zealand had to offer so much that we decided to showcase our passion for travel and our love for both destinations.

This company was created to help motivate young adults to take advantage of their options abroad. We are building Travel Hooligan to assist you with the opportunities, connections, and inspiration you need to take the leap. Our team now includes members in Canada, Ireland and the UK.
